ntc22 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the ntc22 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 21+ By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ntc22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to ntc22's satisfaction.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ntc22 Platform is operated primarily for and marketed to players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register an Account. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. ntc22 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than those for which it is specifically made available.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are not under any legal disability or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using the Platform.

2.4 Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ntc22:

• Any individual who is currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on ntc22 or any affiliated platform.
• Any current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ntc22, or of any Game Provider whose titles are available on the Platform, where such participation may give rise to a conflict of interest.
• Any individual who has previously had an Account closed or suspended by ntc22 for a breach of these Terms.
• Any individual accessing the Platform through automated means, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the ntc22 Platform's paid services, you are required to complete the registration process at ntc22 Login. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to keep all registration information up to date.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on ntc22. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ntc22 may use technical and manual controls to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ntc22 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bonuses or winnings accrued across those Accounts.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. ntc22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ntc22 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ntc22 may at any time, and will routinely prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, require you to submit documents confirming your identity and eligibility. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification. ntc22 may also request proof of payment method ownership and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ntc22 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

3.5 Account Closure. ntc22 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where ntc22 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ntc22 support. Upon closure, any pending wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds will be forfeited.

4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the ntc22 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ntc22 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment method level is the responsibility of the issuing bank or e-wallet provider.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. ntc22 currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed within the ntc22 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be updated by ntc22 from time to time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your ntc22 Wallet in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. ntc22 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment intermediaries. If a deposit is not reflected in your Wallet within 30 minutes, please contact ntc22 customer support with your transaction reference.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ntc22 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, ntc22 may require completion of the KYC verification process described in Clause 3.4.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. ntc22 targets withdrawal processing within an average of five minutes of approval for e-wallet channels and within standard banking hours for bank transfer channels. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, Indonesian public holidays, or where additional verification is required. ntc22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual or high-risk, which may extend processing times.

4.6 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, ntc22 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), and time-limit for completion will be specified in the relevant promotion. Wagers placed on games or markets excluded from a promotion's qualifying criteria will not contribute to the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ntc22 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using automated betting systems or low-risk hedging strategies specifically to convert Bonus Funds into withdrawable cash; collusion between Players to meet wagering requirements; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where ntc22 identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account(s) involved.

5.4 Promotion Amendments and Withdrawal. ntc22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, ntc22 will use reasonable efforts to honor the promotion for that Player on a pro-rata basis, but is not obligated to do so where abuse or breach of terms is suspected.

5.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. ntc22 determines bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on ntc22 is governed by product-specific rules. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules. ntc22 makes game rules accessible within each product section. In the event of any inconsistency between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule will prevail in relation to that game only.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets. Sportsbook markets on ntc22 cover competitions including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, among others. Markets include pre-match fixed odds, in-play betting, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) builders, and voor bola (Asian handicap) lines. Settlement of all markets is based on official results as verified by ntc22's data providers. ntc22's decision on market settlement is final.

6.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly posted in error — including but not limited to obvious decimal, typographical, or system pricing errors — ntc22 reserves the right to void the relevant bet(s) and refund the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. ntc22 will use reasonable judgment in identifying palpable errors and will communicate corrections to affected Players.

6.4 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount. Accumulators (mix parlay) that include a voided selection will be resettled with the voided leg removed and the remaining legs treated as a standalone accumulator.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions. ntc22 and its Game Providers use certified RNG (random number generator) and live-streaming technologies to deliver fair game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction — including loss of connectivity, server error, or a disrupted live-casino stream — ntc22 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and stakes refunded. ntc22 accepts no liability for losses arising from Player-side connectivity issues.

7.1 Commitment. ntc22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools and resources to help them stay in control of their gaming activity. ntc22 enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players. 21+ Online gaming should be approached exclusively as a form of entertainment and never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

7.2 Player Controls. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ntc22 account holders through the account management dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a time-out, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ntc22 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

7.4 Minor Protection. ntc22 strictly prohibits access to its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. 21+ If you share a device with minors, ntc22 recommends using parental control software to restrict access to online gambling websites. Never share your ntc22 login credentials with individuals who may be under 21 years of age.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ntc22 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, while misrepresenting your location to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ntc22 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any ntc22 software or Game Provider software.

9.1 All content on the ntc22 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, game interfaces, page layouts, text, and software — is the exclusive property of ntc22 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without ntc22's prior written consent.

9.3 The ntc22 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of ntc22. You may not use these marks in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with ntc22 without explicit written authorization.

10.1 ntc22 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 ntc22 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and ntc22 servers. Your financial data — including bank account details and e-wallet information — is handled in compliance with applicable data security standards and is never stored in plain text on ntc22 systems.

10.3 ntc22 may share personal data with third-party service providers — including Game Providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention platforms — solely to the extent necessary to deliver Platform services. ntc22 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

10.4 ntc22 may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from Player activity to improve Platform features, calibrate promotional strategies, and inform product development. This data is not linked to any individually identifiable Player.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ntc22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of wagered funds resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or unauthorized Account access.

11.2 ntc22's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to ntc22 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 ntc22 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ntc22 does not warrant that any particular game outcome, odds value, or promotional offer will meet your individual expectations.

11.4 ntc22 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms, your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or your use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ntc22's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 ntc22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations as a Player — ntc22 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

12.2 Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by law) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

12.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5.

12.4 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://ntc22.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ntc22 holds its international operating license.

13.2 ntc22 operates as a trusted and secure internationally licensed platform. All games are provably fair and independently audited. ntc22 does not make representations about the legality of online gambling under Indonesian domestic law and expressly states that it is the Player's sole responsibility to confirm their legal right to participate in online gaming activities in their jurisdiction of residence.

13.3 Any dispute between you and ntc22 arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through ntc22's internal complaints process (described in Clause 14) may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

13.4 ntc22's internal complaints process is the first point of resolution for all disputes. Players are required to submit a written complaint to ntc22 support before initiating any external dispute resolution mechanism. ntc22 commits to acknowledging all written complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days (WIB).
